Hi. Crafty's new panel update has an assortment of great features, such as the TPA system. Though I love its conciseness (no having to view the TPA list anymore) and simplicity, with the current approach for accepting a request (the .accept command), it isn't easily discernible who is being teleported to whom.
With this suggestion, I bring different proposal to the system: could TPA requests instead be accepted by .accept <playername>
? This would allow for multiple requests to be filed to a single person, as well as elucidate the person whose request you're accepting, rather than having to guess on which TPA request is being accepted (if multiple are sent to you). I recognize that this might result in some tweaking of the server panel code, but I feel that this is an important concern that needs to be verbalized.
Thanks for taking the time to read and consider this suggestion! :) Have a nice day.

Hi! This suggestion doesn't really pertain to me specifically, but I think it would ease the job of staff members who constantly have to remind people to follow the ban appeal format.
Crafty, you could make a HTML form with the ban appeal format, such as a label "Username", with a text field to its left, a label "Ban Reason" with a text box next to it, a text area for "Why you should be unbanned?", etc. This form would display in place of the regular text area that appears when you start a new thread if the user has picked the section "Ban Appeals".
In addition to being well organized, having such a form for ban appeals would spare staff the trouble of reminding players to use the format, as it would be built in to the website.
Hope this suggestion helps!

Do you plan to ever expand to downloadable games, written in C++, Java, or something?
