Some crazy terrain generation happened here. The outside was neat as well, but harder to get a good image of. This part is basically an overhang, NOT a cave mouth. It looks incredible, and there were some weird (but likely natural) floating clumps of blocks outside.
@Retrochewy Blow up your base for episode 50
Grand idea !
@WBlaine A hunger games/survival arena activity? People have tried before and it would be hard to assure it goes as planned, but could be fun. That or build the biggest possible statue of me!
@TimeKing297 i tried doing it once but not enough people joined :/
@TimeKing297 The issue with yours was that it wasn't advertised far enough in advance, nor was it advertised enough. Well, that and you let literally everyone come (if I have the correct event in mind).
I do like that idea, and it could be fun for the future!
Unfortunately I've been too sick to be able to commentate well, which is why there hasn't been an episode 34 yet. Hopefully there will be one Friday, but that might be pushing it. I am feeling a bit better today, so we'll see.
I'm curious as to what you all want to see in the future. What would interest you? Do you have any big ideas for episode 50? Which type of videos do you like the best (raids, building, NN updates, exploring, etc)?
Episode 33 is out, in which my journey around the world begins. And I'm sick. Goodnight, everyone, and don't forget to use tissues. <3
Images not working on that post @EnderConstructor
@MistakeMade Nerdie beware. People can now wait out at the border waiting for you to come by so they can kill you now that you gave coords.
I've already moved from the spot, which is why I posted them. I have a warp there anyway, I'm not always at that location when I'm on.
A giant gap expands from the border into the world...
Nature just blows my mind, even in Minecraft. I could spend ages gazing at the trees.
A quaint village is set up close to the border. It's environment is unusual - mushrooms and trees and a nice little pond.
Thus marks the 50k point, leaving me with 750k blocks yet to travel. I am 1/16th of the way around the world.
The border is hard to see with this shaders pack, but the temple extends slightly outside the border. It was already raided when I found it, but still a really neat find!
Found some interesting temples, some of which were outside the border entirely! Added to screenshot list.
Covering 800k blocks with a canal is an interesting thought, but as @MistakeMade said, it's hardly practical or useful.
