Just a note, when you appeal you ban for "Chat Violation: (Caps/Spam)", it's best to not spam characters in your appeal

But at anyrate, seeing as your ban would have been for 24hrs if you had appealed then, your admission of what you did, and the fact it was back in March, i will pardon you.

Be sure to read the rules and do your best to follow them, as well as staff warnings in the future

Thank you for taking responsibility for your actions. Showing tact in certain situations goes a long way. Having been playing on the server for a while, we expect you to know and follow the rules. I respect and appreciate your humility, and thus will pardon you later tonight.

However, if your friends continue to push staff about this, i will make it the full 24 hour ban it normally would have. I suggest you urge them to follow the rules.
To clarify, I am not going to lengthen your ban based on how your friends act. I am merely shortening it due to how you handled this.

No action or reaction can be taken out of context in a general situation. If youre good with your words, you can manipulate any situation to your side. Generalizing takes ingormation away from the situation.

So no, you were not banned for "a smart ass remark"

You were banned for coninuing to use names after informed not to.

Kinda like how you said you only said one staff name, when we both know you used both mine and craftys as well prior to your warning.

If anyone else would have called me by name, i woupd have warned them, just like i did you.
The only reason you got banned was because you had been warned.
