@mr_man32 I just feel that there are certain staff member just waiting for you to break a rule so they can cruelly punish you for it.
With the exception of "cruelly" which is your opinion, you pretty much summed up a staff member's job for enforcing the rules.
You're asking staff to give policy-level leniency for repeated infractions, which sucks up time and resources. It's contrary to their approach, where previous offenders are put on watch, which I think makes perfect sense.
@mr_man32 I feel like it should be obvious as to someone who is trying to be malicious and someone else who is just not being as serious but would very easily fix what they did wrong when asked.
If it's any consolation, the fact that you've broken rules multiple times and didn't get straight up perma-banned means they know it your infractions aren't as serious. Just take your previous bans as warnings and avoid breaking rules. A good rule of thumb is to avoid global chat, at least until you're more confident in the rules; that's where most accidental violations occur. Another is to try and understand the demographics of the server and how you should behave. See how the other players behave to get an idea. We're all just trying to be civil and have a good vanilla MC experience on here.
@TheForgotten20 also i sell a constant streamm of obsidian to one buyer, and currently thats @_drachenzorn_ at 5 diamonds a stack. beat that and you have a contract
6 diamonds per stack. Although I'm probably not on as much as he is. I'd just like some of those stacks diverted to me for a couple weeks.
@ghostassasin81 I played the snapshot yesterday all I can say is WOW like 1.11 is going to be worth the wait
I tried the snapshot yesterday for a couple hours to fiddle with redstone ideas. Pretty excited about the opportunities.
1. I was able to make a revised autosorter using the shulker boxes with a feature to store the boxes in a "mass storage warehouse" when they fill up and then automatically dispense a new, empty box to continue collecting. This helps to reduce the footprint of warehouses incredibly - 1 double chest chest holds 54 stacks, or if filled with shulker boxes, 1458 stacks!
2. I made a SMP friendly (I think) compact self-propelled machine vertically and horizontally. The hardest things was making a port to stop them and swap out pistons to reverse direction (which I was able to do, but more as a proof of concept), and then restart the machine - still working on a push-button switch to avoid manually starting and jumping back on. I actually stumbled onto this when trying to make an elevator using the observer blocks.
Some other things I tinkered with using redstone but not far enough to claim it's a potential design.
@HaloNest lol, are we gonna have a world reset or something?
Doubt it. There's more places to explore but nothing warranting a server wipe.
The biggest thing I see here is the observer block for redstone. Which will be glorious. I've already thought up a few devices needing it.
Wouldn't it be someone who is the opposite of "nub" who would leave the seeds in the community chest? Maybe that nub had too much in his base because it was 12 double chests full of seeds and he needed to get rid of it and figured someone else could use it... So he put them in all the chests at the trading post and in the crafting guild chests...
Just a hunch ;)
@Fisban_Regner Worried about letting a stranger into your base? That's no problem, although it is more difficult I can show you how to build the machine your self.
It's not entirely obvious, but in my case @Fisban_Regner allowed me on his test server to observe an elevator build, among several other contraptions. I was very happy with the tour and have been updating some of my redstone devices using what I learned.
I've been around since the First Age of Crafty. I welcome your following.
During the Second Age of Crafty I erected a Temple in honor of the Gods.

Wow, seems I missed the second half of this chat or wasn't paying attention (prob. the latter). I wouldn't have thought a stone trade/donation could escalate like that. Just when you think you can avoid speaking up in chat and get involved, stuff like this happens.
I like the look of the tower's outside. It reminds me of Lucky Charms, with the shapes and colors.
I saw iwarriiori stepping up to handle some of your stone overflow earlier today. I probably should have said something then but he was buying stone for emeralds (as an SC agent) and I found it benign, yet amusing.
