The fact that these were net neutrality regulations meant they were doomed to die at the sway of the American political winds. For this to have any true staying power, it would need to be captured as a law, or better yet, a Supreme Court decision. It was inevitable, and truthfully, a necessary step in creating awareness a more permanent decision is necessary.
This move means legislators are up next to show whether they listen to their constituents or not. It's going to get pretty interesting to say the least. In the meantime, the ISPs are likely just playing a game of chicken to see which ISP is going to go greedy and take the brunt of public ire. It's the same game the airlines played when it came to tacking on extra fees and removing meals.
But one thing is for certain is that this more than ever proves the US is a true oligarchy, given the amount of public resistance there was to this that was ignored over the few companies set to solely profit from this.
That was quick! Okay I’ll be on the lookout for you then, thanks.
That’s why I asked how many you have lol. I’m fine just buying out your existing stock
How many do you have? we can start at 100 shells I guess
@RockinRicky2 Why only the shells????
How many do you want
Shells are easier to carry around until I need the boxes
If you have shulkers shells I’d be interested in buying them all at the price of 9 diamonds per pair.
Congrats on your success and perserverance Tez!
Assuming your joints are up for it, a multi-day backpacking trip accelerates the weight loss process.
Carry a pack to bring your weight up to, or just past your pre-exercise weight.
The idea is that your body is already used to moving with the weight but your muscles and joints have strengthened enough to give you the needed endurance to walk for hours at a time.
Put in at least an honest 6 hrs of walking if you can, each day for a few days and you’ll be pleased with the results. And most importantly stay hydrated and mind your caloric intake.
If not backpacking, you’ll be surprised how much food intake alone plays into weight loss. Even temporarily not drinking beer or coffee for a month can cut your weight by 5lbs/2.2kg. But whether that’s really living is for you to decide though lol.
An argument by definition is not productive. There’s usually at least one underlying issue that sparks and sustains an argument: feeling entitled to something that wasn’t given or given properly. This can respect, money, love, the right of way, etc
What you are asking is a person’s priority in an argument. The answer is it depends. The same argument you have with a peer may be different from one with a spouse and again different from a random stranger off the street. That’s entirely dependent on your investment in said person. In general you’re more likely to admit fault even when it’s not yours and problem solve with someone you’re invested in, and try to prove you’re right with a peer, and with a stranger try and prove they are wrong.
Problem solving would be ideal but arguments are typically driven by emotion, which inhibits rationale thought. You’re swimming against the current when you try to problem solve in the middle of an argument.
That’s why it’s far better to avoid the argument and talk when things have calmed down and maybe even express your concerns/feelings before asking to table a topic leading into an argument.
The short answer to your question is I prefer to avoid and/or problem solve.
@thegoldsmith An experiment, an target for griefers, a beacon of hope, a tp into the farlands for new players, a town, an outpost, a place where you can lose your life at the drop of a hat and a golden opportunity. in essence a isolated anarchic little place in the middle of nowhere.
An interesting experiment but doesn’t sound like much of a sanctuary lol. Good luck and I hope your little island does well!
@javonjw I rather this be someone who really needs the gear and will wear it
According to you guys, wouldn’t that be @NerdieBirdieYT ?
I nominate NerdieBirdie because quite frankly it’s the perfect gift you could ever possibly give him.
