I think after 3 times, something can be called a "tradition". So here I am, for the third time, sitting in spawn, fishing, waiting for the world to end. I'm sad, but also excited for the new world. The last few hours is one of the most unique and usually awesome times to be on the server. Everyone is easy going, you get to see things you would never normally see (bases, peoples special treasures etc.) and everyone is on the same page.

So here's to another final day, sitting on the dock, fishing till the world ends.

Xisumavoid, is my go-to on all things minecraft. He thinks logically and loves putting way to much time into figuring out the mechanics of this game. He's also weird, and I consider that a fantastic quality.

@cepheid I'd be down for a month long challenge, although honestly if you make it to god gear and don't make a stupid mistake, you're probably home free

Lol, a month sounds good, but you seem to forget stupid mistakes are my specialty.

@_Drachenzorn_ That's a good point, we can also add an overall time to it. If we extend the ticks to a couple days, how about a two week real time? To long, to short?

We can also pick an admin or mod that can work as a diamond collector until a winner is determined. So for instance, you die, pay the chosen staff member your 16 diamonds. Then when everyone is in, if your ticks are greatest, the staffer pays you the pot.

This is hard because as soon as you die, you need to be able to catch the "ticks?" and "Deaths?" on the same chat screen. If anyone has an idea to make this easier or at least harder to miss, I would be very appreciative.

In order to register a death you need a screen like this example:

Or if you pass the tick-finish-line you would just need a "deaths?" (Zero obviously) and "ticks?" to prove you made it. Fair?

That would be 144 diamonds if one person takes all!

Sweet! Okay does 16 diamonds sound fair? How about 1,720,000 ticks, that is exactly 24 hours of ingame time, after that whoever is alive splits the pot? Longer, shorter, thoughts?
