@Cellexya How are you combining the enchantments?
Just in case you're not aware (and for anyone else) combining books in pairs first makes the overall level cost much lower. When you do this you also want to make sure you add enchantments with a low anvil cost (e.g. unbreaking, mending) onto books with enchantments that have a high anvil cost (e.g. thorns, looting).
If you do it correctly a full godset without thorns should cost 80 levels total, with each step costing no more than 10 levels. A godset with thorns though will cost 160 levels total, but each step should cost no more than 15 levels.
While this should work fine, and shouldn't really cause any lag, can I suggest an alternative design making use of observers that has a few advantages.
It's slightly smaller, and doesn't use a clock so there's no need to turn it off and on. It should be easier to use too
You'll need at least two of whatever you're growing to start with, the first one you plant doesn't actually get grown.
In case you can't tell the block at the back is an observer, the others are dispensers with bone meal.
Don't worry, it's not you and it's not really obvious. The one in that video only worked in a couple of snapshots and it's not mentioned anywhere. Xisuma's fix is here . I'd go with the noteblock designs using doors/trapdoors though, much quieter (ironically) and generally smaller.
Any design that has a clock running should work on SMP, designs that don't will fail because of lag.
@SharpSerac vague
You misspelt "difficult"
He's right though, we might need a hint for this one.
After two steps I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be working with this nonsense:
UgecRW3gi4Xmbce2zcgZ5Mm8
Or this nonsense:
85 103 101 99 82 87 51 103 105 52 88 109 98 99 101 50 122 99 103 90 53 77 109 56
Never done this before either but it's really straightforward. Here it is in one easy step.
Step 1 is the most important! Do not skip it!
I used version 1.5.6.0.
As these things go, this was much easier than some of the ones people have posted.
By the by, reversing the alphabet and shifting it more or less amount to the same thing, making the last two decryption steps easy to do in one go.
Spritecraft has an option to save creations as an MCedit schematic. Then just use MCedit to plonk them into a world.
I had this happen to me for while. As a temporary fix you can can go to the file in the error message
(C:/Program Files (x86)/Minecraft/tmp/tmpLauncher.tmp) and rename the tmpLauncher.tmp to tmpLauncher.exe. Then run it as you would any other program. It'll download the launcher again and then run it. Trouble is that you seem to have to go through this every time.
The only thing I could find that seems to fix it permanently was to uninstall minecraft then download the new launcher from here .
I dug in a straight line at y=11 for an hour and got 108 diamonds...
