For some reason, Soviet, the ruler of red army has resigned. Although EMPRISE was its rival. I only made it so there would be at least some rebellion against such a strong force. I open my arms to any red army members wishing to still be under a faction name to rule over. U don't have to do much to join. But since I got on many of the red army people's nerves.. It was on purpose haha no hard feelings. But if u people's still want to take up soviets spot and still continues to be a rival sure. Just putting out options there. If u want to join with the intention of briefing and raiding us... Well we will have safety precautions set in place. U don't really need to hand over anything if u want to join us.. Let us rather join u since u guys are already ahead of us in terms of manufacturing products and stuff. Lolz. Let me know ur thought and ideas. .... Plz stay positive.
