We're aware that isn't the case, I've already replied to the first appeal.
Hello. I appreciate the apology.
We take this kind of thing extremely seriously, this is a place where people should be relaxing and having fun, especially in the state of the world right now. The last thing ANYONE needs is to have their own damn information held against them. Private information is private for a reason and should remain that way unless that person says it's alright. I believe Tez already have a conversation with you about not using personal information without consent.
As this is more of a serious issue, you'll be unbanned in 7 days.
I also want to make this CRYSTAL CLEAR, because I know you're on the younger side -
"The 2017 Wichita swatting was a swatting incident that occurred on December 28, 2017 in Wichita, Kansas. Casey Viner and Tyler Barriss were responsible for placing the fraudulent call, and their intended target was Shane Gaskill. The three were connected through the video game Call of Duty: WWII. Gaskill intentionally provided the wrong address, one that was occupied by an uninvolved person, Andrew Finch. Wichita Police responded to the address, and as Finch was exiting the house, police officer Justin Rapp fatally shot him.
Barriss pled guilty to federal charges of false information and hoaxes, cyberstalking, threatening to kill another or damage property by fire, interstate threats, conspiracy, and several counts of wire fraud. He also faces charges of involuntary manslaughter in Kansas and of false alarm in his home state of California. On March 29, 2019, Barriss was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison as a result of the swatting incident. "
the act in which you referenced during this whole thing has resulted in 20 years in FEDERAL prison. You're young, think before you act. It could cost you someone else's life, or a VERY large chunk of yours.
purposely trying to make it happen would be bannable, but basically if it happens, it happens.
Any form of cheating will not be tolerated
This means anything that gives you an unfair advantage over players who are playing the game the way the game was intended to be played. This includes but is not limited to: non-approved clients/software (hacked clients, clients with minimaps like badlion, external programs like autoclickers), abusing in-game glitchs (duping, 0-tick farms, x-ray, breaking bedrock) and xray texture packs.
we unfortunately don't pardon accounts we've banned for cheating.
You've been pardoned, welcome back :^)
That's a bit better.
You've been here a long while, long enough to know that you can't just say or do whatever because you think it's funny. If it's against the rules, don't do it. Easy as that.
You'll be unbanned in 3 days. I hope that when you come back, you'll come back willing to listen to us when we say not to do something.
Since you think this is all a joke, you can stay banned until you make a sincere appeal.
Hi. I want to start this by clarifying that I wasn't calling you a white supremacist, I was referring to your group of cheating friends that like to call themselves "kek klan" in between getting banned. kek being an ancient meme, coming from a world of warcraft horde to alliance translations for "lol". Now onto the more important matter.
I was not aware that this feature was added in 1.15. I was still under the impression that what you were doing was only possible with the use of a hacked client, and given the fact that we've banned two of your buddies for cheating already, it didn't occur to me that it might be a misunderstanding.
I'll pardon you immediately, all of the items I cleared should be in the chests I placed in your base. I'll be waiting to release you from jail and I apologize for the inconvenience.
Should be good now, welcome back.
