Hello. let me just start this off with a little lesson on the rules here.

Be respectful to other players
Don’t use extremely derogatory terms or epithets. Don’t insult or personally attack others in excess. If someone asks you to stop, then stop.

TPA Killing/Trapping is allowed
It's up to you whether or not you make or accept teleport requests. Use the TPA system at your own risk, make sure you trust the players you are teleporting to. If killed and/or your base gets destroyed, its your fault.

PVP, lying, griefing, and raiding are all allowed. Using language like you did, giving graphic detail while telling another player to kill themselves because you have a temper is not, and will never be tolerated here.

Under NO circumstances do we allow people to talk to each other like that here. This is a server that entire families play on, garbage like that has no place in this community. Trash talking is one thing, that is another.

It might be your first offense, but due to the severity of what you've said, and the fact that you pm'd me asking how long we'd take to deal with you, telling me you aren't really sorry at all, I'm going to set you for a 3 day ban. Any form of cheating will not be tolerated

This means anything that gives you an unfair advantage over players who are playing the game the way the game was intended to be played. This includes but is not limited to: non-approved clients (hacked clients, minimaps), abusing in-game glitchs (duping, 0-tick farms, x-ray, breaking bedrock) and xray texture packs.

Hello, I'm the mod that banned you. I'd ask that you make a proper appeal with the proper format, but I don't really wanna waste more time.

I watched you for around 25 minutes and in that time I watched you dig to multiple diamond / iron ore, not all of them around you, but enough that I caught on over the course of the first 15 minutes.

Spoiler alert - I planted the chest you dug 4 blocks down to, stopped one block away, then "dug out the area" to try cover your tracks. Your half assed excuse of "mining holes around ore" doesn't hold up when you dug through stone, and ONLY stone, to get to.

Appeal denied.
