Reason I got banned: X-ray Texturepack

Reason I should be unbanned: A couple days ago I got a mail from craftymynes that there is going to be a fresh start for everyone. So I thought I could play on the server again. When I tried to join I couldn’t enter the server because of my ban.
So I wanted to ask you if you could unban me. If you would do that I would be very greatful and wouldn’t do anything to get me banned again.

Reason for ban: x-ray texture pack
My name is lucky186 and I used the x-ray texture pack because I have died serveral times with my loot while I was mining. I know it wasn't allowed to use x-ray and I'm deeply sorry for using it. If you unban me I'll never break a rule again and delete the texture pack. I'll also advise other Players to stick to them too (spamming, caps etc.).
