@humfrydog First let me say I love this server and I vote for this server for theses reasons in this order of importance.

1. I vote foremost that I like this server the best.
2. to get free food

3 to get crafty coins

Now under the new system it feels like I am being forced to vote positively for the server solely to get more warps.
this feels a little totalitarian not democratic.
I want to vote for the server because I like it, not because I want my warps.
There should at least be some kind of option to be open and fair.
Otherwise your basically farming votes for the server thru extortion.
This not meant to be an attack but an observation of a clear problem that needs addressed.

The warp system is free depending on your rank. As a VIP you have the second one free and as VIP+ The 3rd is free as well. The decision to use votes for this system was so that people had an incentive to vote for us. With the removal of crafty coins it left a void that was decided we would use this system to fill. We are not trying to openly force anyone to vote for us, but we feel that this system is fair.

It doesn't discriminate against any player and if people new to the server wish to use it they can so freely by voting. It's not a replacement for set home which is and always will remain free, this is just an extra system that may be used if players so choose too.

@gilbertboys Something to consider, the VIP's will still have shulker spawners with thier transferred base. Secondsly will vIP's chests in their bases be transferred? And if not what is preventing people from just callin thier home a diamond block cube and transferring that to essintailly trasnfer theier enderchest

No shulker spawners or any spawners will be transferred. No chests, bases or items of any description will be transferred. Everyone will start fresh.

@humfrydog ok maybe i am slow but i have a few questions:

1. so set home stays the same, what about to spawn? will this cost me a vote each time i come to town?
2. will vip room, crafting guild vip + still exist?

3.you mentioned a way to keep our bases and transfer them to a new map? how will this work or cost or both? will generic spawners like skeleton, spider and skeleton grinders be included with base transfer. i understand any modified grinder eggs will be reverted or removed.

1. if i move my base to a new server per the above ref method can i request a new location on the map? somewhere similar in distance but a different location so to be truly hidden from all for a fresh start?
2. what about multiple people at 1 base how will it be decided who pays or retains ownership?

6, will we be allowed to set home and builds home in the nether or end?

1. No going to spawn is free.

2. Yea, with generic villagers.

3. No bases will be transferred, the option is there to buy them to have personally.

6. Can't set home in the end or nether, you can set a warp in the end though. So in short yes you can and warp to them as desired.

No bases will be transferred to the new map.

Allow me to insert a point in here. A few weeks ago before the end of the boat competition my personal life got turned upside down. To put things bluntly I wasn't doing so great, so I asked Dawn who is currently working, studying and everything else she has going on to judge the competition for me.

I am still not in the greatest of places right now, and Dawn is still incredibly busy. I understand that alot of time and effort has gone into each of the boats and as Dawn has said a winner has been chosen and it will be announced when she has time.

I ask for your patience and understanding, we are only human.
