G'day, I was the administrator who banned you.

First of all I'll clear the air, the staff you asked came to me for an answer and I allowed your name initially. This was under the conditions that you in no way tried to draw comparison between our names, nor attempt in the slightest to to pretend to be me even for a second. These conditions were left with stern instructions that you were to be banned on the spot even if it was a joke. Today you were running around with a sword name I found most inappropriate and now we are here.

I will quite often sit in the server with a white name especially when I'm busy and don't wish to be disturbed. This would allow for the very easy confusion between us. For what ever reason you decided to rename one of your alts to a regular misspelling of my name. You clearly did this with intent and was by no means an accident.

So going forward you will be banned for 24hrs after you change your name to something more appropriate. When you are pardoned you will also change your sword name.

G'day again, we conversed yesterday for quite a while and I had thought I made myself clear when I listed off your two options. For you I will repeat myself 1 last time.

1) You may return on an alt, however if you are caught again performing this glitch you'll be iP banned.

2) Find another server to enjoy playing on.

This transpired because you used an exploit to remove the bedrock roof in the Nether. You then continued to insist your innocence while simultaneously attacking me for doing my job. In your opinion, the use and subsequent argument of the exploit were fine and I was in the wrong. This is not the view shared by the staff of this server nor by the owner.

Your accounts will remain banned, this is both my ruling seconded by the owner who I spoke to today. If you press the issue with the server owner or any staff member after this reply you will be iP banned. As I said to you during our conversation yesterday the ban and ruling would be the same no matter the staff member who banned you.

You went about your situation in a completely wrong and inappropriate manner.

G'day, I was the Administrator who banned you, Your appeal is a joke and much like your actions on the server it breaks a few rules.

@dirt7 The rules state that profanity to some extent is allowed in moderation, so why not the mention of offensive topics?

Offensive topics insite heated and highly controversial arguments which can get out of hand quickly, so we shut them before they can start. What you forget here is that not everyone on this server is mature, we have people of all ages who play here and entire familys. Your comments (What you perceived as jokes) were highly inappropiate and you were issued multiple warnings before I finally had enough and banned you.

So far just looks like a very long rant. There is a heading which you have included in your post that states "Why should I be unbanned" to which you have given me no answer. No where have you stated why I should pardon you and at no point have you shown remorse for your actions. Your appeal, like your actions on the server are a joke. You have sought attention and bought yourself a few mins of my time for your trouble.

When you feel like writing up a real appeal we shall talk about a date you can return to the server.
