Thank you for reporting a player banned a year ago. Your report would have been more useful then? Not sure why you waited so long, either way he's long since banned.

3 things wrong with your application.
1) This application tells us nothing about you. You are good at catching hackers? Means nothing to us. Loads of experience doing it? Good for you.
2) Everyone has weaknesses stating you have none could prelude to overconfidence which is a weakness.
3) You need a MINIMUM of 2 million ticks to apply.
Application for staff denied, fix the above mentioned problems then you can reapply.
