    Ah, okay... I still think going up one file in hierarchy from the resource packs folder should work... then again maybe the Mac files are completely different

    Actually, in Minecraft, try going to your options, resource packs, open resource packs folder, then navigate backwards from that file (you are looking at .minecraft/resourcepacks, so you need to get into .minecraft) into .minecraft and you should see "screenshots" folder.

    I think that's another way to navigate to the screenshots folder, perhaps it'll work? Should also work on a Mac.
