so ive noticed a lot of spam caused by ticks and stats and I thought it would be a good idea if the sever sent them in a whisper instead of all chat now I know this may have limitations being that serverplz doesn't seems to be an actually player, but what if you made it so it could receive whispers that way it could reply with the stats or ticks

The thing is, it can't receive whispers, and I don't like the idea of players spamming stuff that no one else can see, like if they were speaking a different language. I only chose values that players might be inclined to show off or let others see.

I concur, while it would be slightly neat if you got a whisper, i like doing stats? and showing off my amazing record of 0 kills and 47 deaths.

Would a cooldown on the server commands be reasonable?

That wouldn't help, it's a global thing, it would still need to notify players that they need to wait.
