I was ban from the for chat violations. I was banned because my caps lock got stuck on and i was talking to a guy in the chat. I should be unbanned because I play this server a lot and I really enjoy it. I also do not believe i deserve to be permanently banned because of a hardware malfunction

I don't believe your caps lock got stuck, if it was stuck, you should have fixed it, or held shift to make it lowercase.
