@Captain_Mitchell Why can't you just get some yourself? It's easy-just kill some Wither skeletons.

The man's spending his hard earned resources because he doesn't feel like killing some wither skeletons. If he wanted to kill some wither skeletons, he would. But he is not, he's buying skulls. This question is unnecessary and pointless.
