Breaking our own rules does not make any sense.
It just encourages violating them, sometimes staff may attempt sending a message via /w in their own language but to be honest we can't go around explaining everything rule in multiple languages and if they csnt understand this simple one they are likely to violate others.

Most of staff already do message players that way if they don't respond in english. This is not a new idea
