Considering you can take a rather long walk and come across one, I'd say maybe the same as a GodSword or something, but that's my opinion. Might be worth a lot more.

the problem of totems are that they arent that good, bcuz after you recueve the initial regen your opponent will drop you quickly, crapples are nearly the same as totems because you can eat multiple of them and they give the same regenration

Thats stupid

Since they can be harvested I would assume they are pretty cheap
