f it were implemented i think 100 subscribers is a little low, it would be better if it was like a 1000 or 10 000 subscribers, so that there videos actually get a reasonable number of views

Well I only have 44 subscribers but the old CraftyMynes cinematic got over 6000 views and the new one has 810. So there are definitely regular views :P
Although I believe a youtuber rank would be a bit pointless to be honest.
