There once was a guy named Derndeff.
He got bored and came back to the server.
Derndeff decided to build a little bit, but he was also super lazy.
He built a tiny project very close to the spawn.
He's giving you only two crappy screenshots as a motivator for you to see it yourself.

The coords are [186, -1734]. I suggest you see it (if you want, it's only a short walk) before someone nukes it.
Btw, there are docks to park your boats.
