I noticed that Vip+ and Server bills have a few particle effects, could there be a posibility to add some for Vips perhaps? I know there isnt that many but i looked up a list of some that could maybe be added for Vips.

I don't think so, particle effects are one of the key incentives to get VIP+ which we want to encourage.
It wouldn't make much sense to add even more to VIP which carry the majority of the benefits.
