Reason for ban: Ditto of this.
Why I should be unbanned: Seven months ago I made the exact same appeal to unban my alt and R4 confirmed that the account was unbanned, but I just tried to login again with the account and was met with this.
It's been seven months overdue, don't you think? ;^)
