I was banned from Crafty Mynes for pushing chat rules and disobeying staff.

I should be unbanned because I still want to play on this great Minecraft server with my friend smeyers, and I will not be doing this again.

You and your friend kept breaking chat rules and after multiple warnings you got banned, when you get warned be it by a chat msg or a kick don't persist on breaking the rules or questioning why its wrong and repeating said infraction that got you kicked/warned in the first place.
You will be unbanned in a day from this appeal,read the rules and be sure to follow them when back.
Your friend will have to make his own legitimate appeal to be unbanned.
