If you're confused, start here.
First, you need to upload your image to an online service that can support linking to your image.
I've linked a few here.
Next, copy your image link.
Go to the post you're about to make and on the top right, there's a painting icon. Click it.
It should put this down:
Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard and that's it.
