I changed it so VIP/VIP+ gets 15k random tp, to make up for the lack of directional tp.

That has to do with mojang and lag, you should have resistance for a bit after leaving spawn...

Yes, VIP/VIP+ has a different tp that allows then to not have a timeout and give them 15k, rather then 10k. Due to the way spreadplayers works (setting respect teams=true) it is not possible to get 2 separate spread player commands to tp the players to the same place. The best way to accomplish this is use TPA to bring the players to each other. That's the reason we don't emphasize buddy random tp, you can accomplish it after the fact.
