Hi! I was the moderator that banned you. Thank you for the apology, really and truly! We would love to have you back after you serve your ban time! Unfortunately, your new username breaks the following rule of CraftyMynes:

Practice good chat etiquette - Don’t use caps, don’t spam, don’t discuss controversial, sensitive or offensive topics (e.g. sex, sexual identity or preferences, race, politics, religion, drugs, etc.), no advertising, no links, no trolling. Please only use the minecraft font and English in global chat. Also part of chat etiquette is having an appropriately named character since your name appears on the player list and in chat. If your name is inappropriate you will be asked to change it. You will likely be banned until you do.

If you change your name back, you will be unbanned after serving the time for the original ban (3 days following the posting of this appeal).

Hey Xarxez, I was the moderator that banned you. You were banned for "Multiple Chat Offenses after Multiple Warnings". Multiple warnings means more than one. The things you said in chat were as follows:

At this point i kicked you. (Not for the strippers comment. This was the second warning)

At this point I banned you from the server.

Regarding the VIP+ member, I can assure you that I do not show favoritism towards players who have donated. If they commit a chat offense, I treat them the same as a normal player. As that was his first offense, I spoke to him and warned him, exactly as I did to you for your first offense. If he had continued, he would have been kicked just like you were.

As far as the warning "Cease and Desist" goes, perhaps I should have worded it differently, but as we had spoken before about following chat rules and you had been ejected from the server, I have little doubt that you understood what the overall message of the kick was.

As far as the dictionary disagreement with the other player, he broke no chat rules with what he said. Getting upset is not a valid excuse to break a chat rule.
