Thank you for all your advice @Valgys. I have already lost nearly three stone and am now in the ideal weight zone, though i would love to lose a little more.

Im not sure back packing is for me - we did the Hadrians' Wall Path a little while ago and though we didnt carry all our gear did have a fair amount to carry and walked 90 miles in 7.5 days. Despite being really quite moderate on the eating for a holiday i lost little weight that week.

I have cut out sugar in my drinks and reduced my overall intake which has made a big difference. I actually exercise every morning, do two walks a week, two or three runs, two lots of bjj (grappling) two visits to the gym and a swimming lesson. So that helps to make up for too much time spent playing minecraft!

i tried boxercise which is fun but it was just before the swimming lesson and tended to make my back hurt.

Hi everyone, as some of you will know i have been busy getting fit and slimmer over the last few months. I have been walking, running, bjj and going to the gym. Having never run before in my life i used an app called Couch to 5k to get me started and can now comfortably run for three miles. I highly recommend it.

Was wondering if there were some others on the server who would like to exchange tips, achievements, and encourage each other. Maybe even set up a discord group?

WBlaine is right i believe. The only command a non opped player can use to send values is the trigger one which allows setting a value on the score board.

My cats are gorgeous, lovely and cuddly but they destroy my furniture, wreck my carpets, bring in live mice, leave dead bodies all over the place. Just be aware!

I am the mod who banned you as I am sure you can guess! I asked you on several occasions in chat not to use all caps and at one point you acknowleged this by an apology when you used caps. You were also kicked a couple of times. When you came on the next day and used caps again I kicked you and then you did a char spam. It was quite clear you were determined to ignore staff instructions.

I am glad to hear you have now read the rules! I strongly recommend that in future you listen to staff as well.

It was quite a suprise to not be able to get out of it so an extra thank you to Doppy and Ven who rescued numerous players.

I started because my son bought the PS version for my birthday, but i soon got bored with single player and turned to the PC version because i like the controls better and it was easier to join a server.

I tried a couple of other servers but found non griefing servers dull and then joined Craftymynes and havent looked back. I love the opportunities to build cooperatively and to make friends all round the world.

@humfrydog sorry to hear you are feeling so rough. Hope you have a happy birthday despite the setbacks. And please come back to us when you feel up to it. You are a valued member of the faction.
