i was under the impression that if i half-slabbed a 11 by 11 chunk area this would mean that mobs would spawn in the area i want. Would slabbing up to 128 blocks (8 chunks) therefor improve the spawn rates by the player?

The problem as discussed with iDogeTwinkie is that the material along which the slime was to move was clay rather than something that slime doesnt stick to such as obsidian or melon

I have been on the server nearly two years now and it is a great communitly. I enjoy interacting with the wide range of players who are part of it.

Being staff can be extremely challenging, but it is worth it, to keep it a safe and fair place to play.
