While crafting in the inventory tab everything is shifted up and to the right. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes this is due to you using a 1.8 texture pack that is partly incompatible with 1.9
There is no solution except to turn it off or update it to a 1.9 pack if possible.

If you don't have a nice 1.9 equivalent, I might be able to update the pack for 1.9. PM me if you want me to look into it.

I had a 1.8 and 1.9 stacked but and the 1.8 was on top it's better now thanks for the offer though
