Tell us a bit about yourself: Minecraft is my zen escape from a busy life. I've owned, administered, moderated, and helped on a variety of Minecraft servers through the years, so I am well-versed in everything from configuring yaml files to calmly handling unruly players. In real life, I've managed customer support teams for the better part of 25 years, so handling interactions with disgruntled individuals is something that comes naturally.

Why you are applying: I greatly enjoy CraftyMynes and would like to contribute to keeping it a safe, inclusive, and fun space. I often play in my evenings to unwind from the day and don't always see staff on. For what its worth, I'm a builder, and I don't grief/pvp, but I do like that aspect of the server, the element of danger and risk.

In Minecraft world, I could certainly engage more with the community. I'm very often engrossed in whatever project is currently fixating my attention. As staff, I would be more involved and pay better attention to chat, discord etc.
