NOTICE: The lease on the Mushroom Biome has expired, it is now free land.
I am requesting a Real Estate Agent to evaluate my property, as I intend to sell it after I have transferred my items to a new base I will build. Anything that is with the property, ie anything not planted, in chests, etc will be counted towards the total.
If anyone with an idea of how much a Minecraft Property is worth can help me out, please contact me here.
Land is not worth much as for most places you can find a similar or better spot somewhere else
Im sorry to say @TheBlizWiz but no one will buy your old base because they will be scared of you coming back cause u know the coords, and taking there stuff.
Two things @Cutebot
1. I actually have no idea where the base is, as I only memorized the actual distance away using the Pythagorean Theorem, which I what I normally do. I, however, completely forgot what that number was, so I have no idea where that base would be.
2. I already gave it to some newb on the server. They seemed pretty okay with it.
Ohhh the Pythagorean Theorem strategy. I get it...
