I saw him hack and got some feedback from tezzer to show that he hacks.
Although I don't have screenshots of him hacking, I have a screenshot of him admiting to hacks.

Does it look possible to have full diamond armor while having only a little over 50k ticks? no.
He claims to have gotten all his stuff from flffy, but flffy is only a beginner with leather armor and iron tools, yet chopsy87 claims that flffy gave him full diamond armor.
