That's why there is a limit, 1 diamond block is quite achievable to almost anyone who has been here for a few hours.

@CraftyMyner Because someone running around with 1500 dblocks is economy breaking and puts all the power into one person. If it was going to give they full payout, it would have to be distributed across at least a few players.
I think the blocks should be replaced with actual items and the lottery ticket limit should be 2 or 3 to minimize the winnings and not give all the power to 1 person, maybe include a runners up or something, so like winner gets 1/2 of the prize, 2nd place gets 1/4 and the rest is used to fund fun stuff like the custom bosses
