Texture pack rules:

What I know:
No Xray

What I need to know:
Low fire allowed?
Low shield allowed?
No Pumpkinblur allowed?

I just got a new texture pack with the pumpkinblur texture empty except for a blurred border(No Pumpkin face) and I am too lazy to change it.

Every texture pack should be allowed except for X-ray texture packs, correct me if I'm wrong

This thread says fire or shield edits are not allowed, but I asked the admins for clarification before I was demoted and couldn't get a straight answer. I think the status quo is that they can't really ban anything they can't detect (like X-ray)
