Reason for reporting the player: Complete disregard of rules and caps.

The guy came in rude and with caps, was warned multiple times, and (as literally stated by Caemen himself) there is obviously no respect for the chat rules. He was also kicked multiple time and came back laughing.

The only reason you have to report while staff is on (Blackened_Dawn is talking in the first pic) is if it's in pm, or staff request you to.
