Uhm.. Diamonds are easily accessible. You can easily get stacks upon stacks in just one day.
You just gotta learn how to plant a crop and harvest it.
Also, you can easily create an automatic farm.
Once you've gotten the harvested crops, sell them to villagers for emeralds and then turn that emerald into a diamond.
Easy steps.
