Paying 20DB for a Mooshroom Spawn Egg.

I think Rickrock wants Mooshroom Egg. Anyone have one they could sell?

@HaloNest Sure it can, if you got a husk spanner but for some reason the environment changed into another biome which isn’t a desert, it wouldn’t work anymore.

Thanks HaloNest, I saw this when you first posted it, but couldn't find it when I searched. So if we clear the standard 9 x 9 x 3 spawn area around a spider spawned, light it up and place mycelium under it, that should allow for change to a Mooshroom Spawner?

This is a question, not yet the answer, although I'm hopeful the unequivocal answer will be available here soon.

I believe there are several environmental factors that must be correct in order for a spawner to be successfully converted with a spawn egg, and that some of them vary depending on the egg type. My best guess on the environmental contitions are:

1. air or water surround the spawner depending on if the egg is a land or sea animal.
2. the spawn area should be dark, or light depending on the type of animal.
3. the ground under the spawner must sometimes be appropriate to the animal such as mycelium for a mooshroom and grass for sheep.
4. the ground level can sometimes allow open air below the spawner and other times must be directly under the spawner.
5. the egg must be placed at the right time, guessing after it does a spawn poof, not right at the same time the spawner is poofing.

These are my guesses as a starting point for discussion.

Does anyone know once the spawner has been set can a change in environment cause it to revert?

Aww, shucks, thanks Cody. I believe since March 2017 there have been 9 unique spawn egg in the monthly CraftyCrates:
Rabbit
Silverfish
Mooshroom
Squid
Bat
Polar Bear
Sheep
Parrot
Chicken

In my opinion the Spawn Parrot is the most interesting. If players could be trusted, you could charge them an entrance fee to tame some parrots to keep for themselves.

CraftyCrate is a chest that has been renamed. when a player has one pending there is a notification each time they log in until they click the link. Clicking the link places the chest on the ground under their feet.

@Chilled_Chaos What is the difference between total votes and current votes? Sorry I'm just having a hard time figuring out what these two mean. It would make sense if your current votes was lower than your total votes because then it could be like credits or votes after a reset but no.

I believe Total Votes is a tally of all your votes, while Current Votes would be the balance of votes or credits that can still be sold/traded to other players or spent on warps or elytra.

@CraftyMyner The server will now let you know when you reach vote streak milestones like 5, 10, 15...

It will also let you know how many days you have left to get the loot crate.

I like having this option to searching how i'm doing on a vote streak, although I think there would have been much more value added by delivering notification of progress automatically.

For example if I had voted ten days in a row incidentally and got a server notification that I was on a streak, I might then make a concerted effort to keep it up until the reward. The new query (Vote Bal?, Etc.) as it is, only helps random players who are already self motivated to try the streak track their progress.

I'm not complaining, I love the new option. I just think the server might benefit more if it used this reminder to actually encourage voting by actively telling a player they are on the right track.

Cats and dogs are very different. You should think about what expectations you have for a pet and how much effort you want to put into it. Even if you choose a dog there are many types. Maybe if you go to a shelter and look around a pet will choose you.
