*You will need to get a new book to see the new option*
Use "book?" or "trigger CMD set 0"

It works just like the end portal, it tp's you into a portal, however, you will have to wait for the 5 seconds it takes to go through a portal.

So if you are out by say 8000k 8000k it wont take you to 1000k 1000k in the nether?

Nah, its a button for the spawn nether portal, if youre 8k out, youll still be teleported to nether spawn
