Everytime I try to get my friend to play on this server the ip doesn't work for him, he's on 1.12, copying and pasting the ip, checking for spaces before and after the ip, never seems to work. Any suggestions?

Search CMD on the search bar, right click and run as administrator. Then ping mc.craftymynes.com. After that get the ip address it gives and try to connect using that

There is no point in doing what I said since the ip given by CraftyMyner is the end result of the steps I told you to do
