Hey, no one needs to be registered on the forum to receive VIP. Looks like your eCheque is marked as pending, PayPal says it could take up to 7 days to be processed.

Hey, the payment processor still says pending with an expected clearing date of January 12. I will process the rank under the assumption that it will clear soon.
