so it turns out this appealing service is corrupted. I was denied of a pardon for breaking a rule although I stopped doing it and I was not doing anything with malicious intent. Yet everyone else who has complitented to this term has been pardoned. I stopped doing it, therefore I appealed with nothing wrong. It's the same thing as someone who was hacking and stopped doing it, they are no longer doing anything wrong yet they are pardoned.
