They told me i need to ask the server owner for my home coords, i can't tp to it nor do i have it's coords, it's still set but whenever i try tping to it it sais that it can't because it's covered ( i accidentally built over it )

Yes he will get your home if it's possible but please take a picture of your coordinates when you get home to avoid any future issues.
