Once you have changed the name make a new appeal and we will address your unban then.

@Codaeous If staff members have the ability to make up rules on the spot based on personal preference, that should have been stated in some sort of disclaimer or in the rules section.

@2Chill Listen to staff members - Enough said! People will always find ways around the rules, staff reserve the right to make changes to the rules to cover these holes in order to keep the server a safe friendly place.
