Asked on server and mod only said "It should still give." and "hmm". Does voting no longer give xp/mm? Voted and waited about 15-20 minutes and got nothing.

It could be the deep server trying to censor you for some reason, possibly for your skin. who knows. Very sad!

It appears that the first site is not working quite right and dropping votes, I don’t think there is much I can do about that. I will look into it. In the mean time, try to make sure your name is spelled correctly with the right CASE. It might have something to do with the auto case correction.

It's for all sites though. I just get a "Thanks for voting" and don't get any rewards. Correct caps, etc. And even then, when putting the caps in the right spot, it says "You already voted please wait X hours." But zero rewards.
