Reason for your ban: Telling @CommanderCat_ that he was abusing staff power by kicking me(?)

Why should you be unbanned: This is basically just a rehash of what I said in my unfair staff thread. I'll give a rundown of events in the order they happened:

1. I assume I was being a nuisance in the general channel, I don't remember exactly what I was saying but when told to move on, I did. I started talking about Ben 10 and how he would curb stomp some other fictional character because he's pretty overpowered. Tez then kicked me while I was talking about Ben 10, after I had already moved on from whatever she said to move on from. I have no idea if this kick even factored into the ban, but I'm including it to be thorough.

2. In the pictures and gifs chat, there was a lot of heated discussion about the situation regarding pieray and litematica/replay mods. During that discussion, things were being said and I guess CommanderCat told people to stop with the discussion. The problem I have with this is that I fully believe that I was kicked from the server before any such warning was issued. Not only that, but any warning was not even directed towards me (using the @ping function or reply function).

3. After being kicked and rejoining, I said something about CommanderCat abusing his staff privileges by kicking me. I said this because I had already been kicked before, wrongfully, by Tez, and this was getting on my nerves (You guys must have some sort of mute role you can give to people or a bot function to mute people, right? It's a pain in the ass to get the invite link again). Immediately after sending that message, I was banned from the discord.

I believe I should be unbanned because not only did I stop any conversation when asked, I also think that CommanderCat banned me in retaliation for not only having the gall to question his authority, but I also reported him for using a transphobic gif and not deleting it. In his response to me in the "Unfair staff" thread, he mentions he was dealing with 8+ people all talking at once and couldn't see my message about it (I replied and pinged him) yet he still claims that I should have immediately seen his warning after rejoining from being kicked when there were other people messaging and this warning was, again, not directed towards me using an @ping or reply. I think that that same standard should have been applied to me as he used for himself.

And also, when I was banned the only thing I did was say he abused his power. I didn't continue the previous conversation afterwards. Check the logs.

So what I'm hearing is that Tez kicked you. Then I kicked you. And after two subsequent kicks the thought didn't cross your mind that "maybe I should shut up". No? Looking through logs, you were kicked before my "stop this conversation message was sent". You know what you were typing and why you were kicked. The kick itself was your @ping warning you seem so set on not receiving. The timestamps indicate you came back, read my message, and continued anyway. The warning was meant for everyone arguing in the pics & gifs chat, I wasn't going to @ everyone involved. The gif in question was apologized for and removed after I saw your message. This is not a double standard because I didn't type anything after your message was sent. I hadn't read it. You had typed immediately after my warning to stop the conversation. It was literally the very next message after mine. There is no way you didn't see it. Meaning you read it and chose to ignore it. Both you and 4ity were kicked by Tez prior and then me. And both chose to continue. I'm sorry getting the server link got on your nerves. Having a tons of people join the discord for sole reason to troll and not provide any constructive messages may have gotten on my nerves don'tcha think?

You came back from your second kick to immediately insult and throw accusations at me for doing my job and are surprised you got banned. The first thought through your mind after getting kicked not once, but twice. Should have been to lay low and not speak, certainly not go and throw around insults.
Since you obviously only joined in order to troll and be disruptive, were kicked twice for obvious reasons, still chose to continue, and made a ban appeal that is not sincere in the slightest, you will stay banned on the discord.
