According to the wiki, there is a 72.9% chance of a zombie being spawned with a full set of armor, and there is a 0.04% chance of that material being diamond

zombies have a low chance to spawn wearing diamond armour, just as they can spawn with leather, chain or iron. I think they only spawn with diamond on hard tho

huh @CodyJProductions guess you could've won a lottery but instead you got a zombie with full diam armors :/
