My Dear Alveare,
I speak to you know due to the many messages referring to the old order. I wish to bring enlightenment as to where we stand. WE will rebuild, we will reconstruct our home, our furnaces will blaze, our farms will flourish, and those under our care and watchful gaze shall know tranquility as we wished in the past.
