Simple idea: Write on the ban appeal format template that hackers, will not be unbanned under any conditions to avoid clutter and wasted time with the staff having to deny this.

They'll still apply, thinking they're the exception.

It won't trust me since most think they are either the exception or contest that they hacked.

I disagree I like to read ban appeals and see how bad the hackers failed on it :D
